In order to ensure we consistently provide world class support to you and your team, your business network hardware needs to meet some standard requirements. Please review the items below to determine if your network is already setup to take advantage of a basicix package:

Businesses with less than 10 employees / active IT users

  • Firewall: Ubiquiti UDM Pro or UDM Special Edition

  • WiFi Access Points: Unifi AC Pro, U6, or better

Businesses with more than 35 employees / active IT users

  • Firewall: Ubiquiti UDM Pro or UDM Special Edition (UDM Pro Max Preferred)

  • WiFi Access Points: Unifi U6, or better

  • Network Switches: Unifi USW Pro series or better

Step 2: Pick your basicix package.

If you’ve ever reached out to an IT service provider, you know the drill—form after form, endless quotes, and tedious haggling to fit everything into your budget. At basicix, we take a different approach. By standardizing our hardware requirements, we streamline operations, offering predictable monthly pricing. Any unused hours roll over, reducing the risk of overages during busy months. This saves you money and motivates us to proactively prevent IT issues, because the less you use the more time we have to grow our own business.

  • Professional Services

    • (3 hours)*

  • Firewall Monitoring & Incident Response

    • (10 hours)

  • Additional hours available as necessary

* Unused Tech Support & Professional Services hours roll over and are banked at the end of each month. Any remaining balance at renewal is reset annually.

*Firewall Monitoring and Incident Response hours are only triggered upon an alert and reset each month.
